These website terms govern your use of the Nivel Digital US website. Paid Contractor Back Office services require a separate written service order that defines scope, credit capacity, pricing, approval rules, start date, and any additional terms.

Website information

Website content is provided for general commercial information. Examples, workflows, turnaround targets, compatible tools, and plan details are illustrative until confirmed in writing for your business. We may correct errors and update or withdraw an offer before acceptance.

Work credits and capacity

One work credit represents up to 15 minutes of standard administrative production. Tasks may use multiple credits depending on complexity, missing information, or revisions. We will disclose the expected credit use before non-standard work begins. Credits expire at the end of the applicable billing period, have no cash value, and do not roll over unless the service order states otherwise. Work pauses when plan capacity is reached unless the client approves additional capacity.

Turnaround and communication

Published turnaround periods are targets, not guarantees, and begin once all required information and approvals have been received. The standard service is asynchronous through WhatsApp. It does not include telephone answering, live dispatch, emergency response, continuous monitoring, or guaranteed real-time availability.

Pilot

The standard paid pilot covers 12 work credits during a 10-day service window for one agreed workflow. When the client purchases a monthly plan within 7 days after the pilot is completed, the $149 pilot payment is credited toward the first monthly invoice. The pilot is otherwise non-refundable once work begins, except where required by law.

Service scope and approvals

We provide administrative and operational support using information, templates, permissions, and instructions supplied by the client. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the client reviews and remains responsible for final prices, estimates, invoices, contracts, customer communications, regulatory compliance, and business decisions.

Not professional or trade advice

We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, engineering, licensed trade, safety, or code-compliance advice. Our service is not collections or a substitute for qualified professionals.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and authorized information, timely approvals, appropriate access, and lawful instructions. Clients are responsible for their accounts and for removing access when it is no longer needed.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Displayed prices are in U.S. dollars. Standard plans are month-to-month. Billing dates, payment methods, additional capacity, refunds, cancellation timing, and taxes will be defined in the service order before payment. We will not purchase software or create paid third-party accounts on a client’s behalf without prior authorization.

Confidentiality and data

Operational data shared for contracted work will be handled under the applicable service agreement. Do not send passwords, payment card data, health information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the public inquiry form.

Intellectual property

The Nivel Digital name, website design, copy, and original materials are protected by applicable law. Clients retain ownership of business data and materials they lawfully provide. Ownership and permitted use of deliverables will be stated in the service agreement.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or specific business results. To the extent permitted by law, Nivel Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Service-specific liability terms will be stated in the applicable agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use it for unlawful or deceptive activity.

Governing terms

The governing law, dispute process, and controlling language for paid services will be specified in the service agreement. If a provision of these website terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
